You wash your clothes and where does the dirty, shampooed water go? Yes, into our sewer. Lots of water won't be cleaned the right way and is just let out in our rivers that will be polluted more and more. And hey, do you know about the ends of rivers? You are absolutely right, they end in the oceans and from there it destroys one of the most vulnerable ecosystems that we have.
Others are hand and body lotions that may smell well and feel good on your skin, but did you ever put every to read the ingredients and check them whether they are really that good? Often you not only harm the environment, but yourself as well. Shower gel, and cremes with peeling have often micro plastics in it, so no good for no one.
Oh, hey! Another one is tooth paste which makes your teeth clean and white. Some are so hot that you burn your mouth, others super sweet. No matter what you prefer, there is some bad mojo in it. Not all, but a lot.
Only a few ingredients to mention that are not good at all, but find their ways too often into products are the following: Paraben, pthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, dyes, and artificial fragrances.
Btw. don't wonder when it's time that our planet turns on you, just because you have been too selfish and didn't care at all. Just sayin.
